ABOUT THE ROLE As a Service Desk Analyst, you are our front line for delivering technical support to our customers in relation to our service offerings and accompanying IT services. Daily duties will have you engaging directly with remote end-users to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and providing excellent customer service to users, while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions. The client-facing nature of this role requires that oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance, as is the ability to get "hands-on" when required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
THE 'MUST HAVES':
  • A genuine “customer first” focus.
  • Demonstrated experience working in comparable Service Desk position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1st / 2nd level support and resolution, whether on-site or from the office, to technical issues involving desktop clients, standard and client applications, and hardware issues.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience supporting the following technologies: Microsoft – Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 7-11, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, and Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive documentation of all support calls.

THE 'NICE TO HAVES':
  • Experience working within an ITSM environment and familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • ITIL Foundations accreditation.
  • Current industry or relevant qualifications.
  • Experience within a System Integrator or IT Services provider

ABOUT THE ROLE As a IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of engineering tasks as advised by management and escalation within the IT Helpdesk/Operations team. You will be accountable for the daily operation of customers’ back-end systems, including availability and reliability is essential to the business’s success and overall customer satisfaction. Secondary functions of the role include the deployment of IT Services customers and our internal projects, along with service improvement within the IT Helpdesk/Operations team. The client-facing nature of this role requires that oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance, as is the ability to get “hands-on” when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
THE 'MUST HAVES':
  • Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems.
  • Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.).
  • Windows OS, AD, Microsoft 365, Intune configuration and administration, Patching & File Server management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from SI environment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

THE 'NICE TO HAVES':
  • Experience working within an ITSM environment and familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • ITIL Foundations accreditation.
  • Current industry or relevant qualifications.
  • Experience within a System Integrator or IT Services provider.
